Customers are expected to settle their payments at least 24 hours before their expected delivery dates.

If the customer will be booking via third-party couriers, please make sure to inform us of the name of the rider to avoid confusion.

We deliver orders via third-party couriers such as Lalamove, Grab, or Angkas. To avoid confusion, we book on the customer's behalf.
